Refund policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but the customer may contact us about return options.

Please contact us before returning any item. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions. Please contact us at jasonettatjandrea@gmail.com before sending any return. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.
